Lead With Purpose – Lesley
This person had 8 nominations!
I’m going to start with how I feel about this person.
There are people in this company that make things happen. And then there are people that shape what this company actually is.
This person has played a huge role in building the culture we have today. The way we support each other. The way we show up. The standard we hold ourselves to. That didn’t just happen. She built it.
She’s a big reason we’ve been named a Best Place to Work. Twice.
She’s steady. She’s thoughtful. She’s always thinking about what’s best for the team, not just the task in front of her. And she does it without needing attention. She just leads the right way, every day.
That person is Lesley.
And the feedback from the team makes this even clearer.
Victoria said, “Lesley is the glue to making this place run.”
Mariah called her “basically the Queen of RedTag,” which says a lot coming from Mariah.
Tristan said she is “the epitome of Leading with Purpose.”
Greg pointed out that she is “always looking for new ways to help RedTag grow and improve.”
And Ashley shared that Lesley has “always been there” when she needed support.
That’s leadership at a different level. It’s not just about getting work done. It’s about building something people actually want to be a part of.
Own It – Dawn
This person had 7 nominations!
When I think about this person, one word comes to mind. Reliable.
If something needs to get done, it gets done. No excuses. No passing it off. No drama.
She takes ownership at a level that most people don’t. And not just for her work. For outcomes. For the team. For making sure things actually move forward.
There’s a level of accountability here that sets the tone for everyone else.
I joked with her just last week that I’d be a terrible project manager. Luckily we have people that are smarter and more organized than me.
I’m talking about Dawn.
And the team sees it the same way.
Amanda said, “Dawn is intentional and thoughtful, and she strives to create meaningful impact with each project and for everyone she works with.”
Julia called out how Dawn is “always willing to jump in and make sure things are handled, no matter what it takes.”
Danielle talked about her leadership and how she “ensures things don’t fall through the cracks.”
And Ana highlighted how Dawn takes ownership “from start to finish,” not just pieces of the work.
Dawn doesn’t just do her job, she makes sure the work gets done- the right way.
You rock Dawn!! Thank you!!
Win As One – Michael
I love this one.
This person had 4 nominations!
Because this is someone who just shows up for people. No ego. No hesitation. No need for recognition. He just does it.
You need help? He’s there.
Something off track? He jumps in.
Someone’s overwhelmed? He steps in without being asked.
And he does it in a way that makes the entire team better, not just the task at hand.
This is the kind of person that holds a team together. The kind of person you trust. The kind of person you want in the room when things get tough.
And what I appreciate most is that none of this is forced. It’s just who he is.
And the team made this one really clear.
The winner of Win As One is Michael.
Amanda said “Michael is ALWAYS one of the first to raise his hand when help is needed.”
Tristan shared that when you bring Michael a challenge, it’s always a yes. He finds a way and brings creative solutions forward.
Kam said that Michael’s “willingness to contribute beyond his immediate role reflects what it means to stay humble, move with empathy, and share our fate.”
And Dawn pointed out that he “steps in without being asked and makes things easier for everyone around him.”
Thanks Michael!! You deserve this!
Discover Boldly – Tori
This person had 9 nominations! More than anyone, ever.
I’ve had the chance to see this one up close.
This is someone who doesn’t settle. She pushes. She questions. She looks for better in everything.
She’s not just doing the work. She’s trying to elevate it. Constantly. Always thinking about how we can do it differently, smarter, stronger.
And when you have someone like that in the room, it raises the level of everyone around them.
The winner of Discover Boldly is Tori.
Victoria talked about how she “challenges thinking and pushes for better outcomes.”
Mariah loves how she “takes initiative and runs with it.”
Dawn said she “dives in fully and looks for ways to improve, not just complete the task.”
Greg pointed out her ability to “bring new ideas that actually make the work better.”
Tristan talked about how she “embraces challenges and doesn’t back down from them.”
And Ana highlighted how she is “constantly thinking ahead and pushing things forward.”
Nine different people. All with a similar message.
She’s pushing the limits! Congrats Tori!
