Are you a recent college grad looking to break into the marketing and advertising world? RedTag is an award-winning full service creative and advertising agency, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized, and driven individual to join our team.

You’ll be the first face clients see, a key part of our agency culture, and a hands-on contributor to our marketing and office operations. You'll gain direct access to executive leadership, mentorship, and real opportunities to grow in the digital marketing space.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
• Support the leadership team with administrative and scheduling tasks
• Assist with internal marketing projects 
• Help keep the office running smoothly: ordering supplies, organizing, event planning, etc.
• Work closely with our creative and digital teams to support ongoing client projects
• Participate in brainstorms, team meetings, and culture-building activities
• Be a vital part of our growing agency culture

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-first mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Interest in marketing, design, branding, and digital media
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative
• Eagerness to learn and grow with mentorship and hands-on experience
