Project  Manager Primary Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects/campaigns
• Manage the tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for all projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client objectives.
• Ensure project scope, deliverables and expectations are clearly identified

• Work alongside the Account Manager to receive outstanding information

Resource Allocation and Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with all internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives.
• Set project timelines and ensure they are being met and communicated with the Account Manager.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure everyone is on track.
• Proactively notify the Account Manager of any changes in timelines or scope

Budget Management:

• Contribute to the creation of the initial project budget (alongside Sales or Account Manager)

• Ensure budget accurately reflects all expectations and deliverables

• Contribute to the creation of the initial Scope of Work (alongside Sales or Account Manager)

• Manage number of revisions, number of deliverables, deadlines to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery.
• Notify Account Manager of any work that extends beyond the agreed upon SOW

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Implement feedback loops and revisions as necessary to maintain high-quality work.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in an agency setting
• Prior use of various project management systems such as JIRA, Monday.com, PTS
