Lead With Purpose- Victoria
I’ll start with this. I haven’t worked with this person as much as I probably should, but she is the one person in the agency right now that I hear the most consistent positive feedback about. From different teams. From different angles. Same message every time.
We need more people like her.
On the few projects I’ve been directly involved in, I’ve been impressed by how quickly she steps into leadership. She doesn’t hesitate. She doesn’t wait. She jumps in with both feet and starts moving things forward. Organized, confident, decisive.
That person is Victoria Barr.
The feedback from the team backs this up completely. Julia wrote that Victoria is “a perfect example of someone who leads with purpose and intention” and that she consistently looks for the why behind decisions, not just the task in front of her.
Emily said Victoria “always seeks to push for what is best for the client and the team,” even when it means extra effort or hard conversations.
And Sophie called her “the queen of supporting ad ops,” pointing out how she proactively brings clarity, solves problems early, and keeps things moving without drama.
That combination of leadership, intention, and follow-through is rare. This award is well earned.
Congrats Vic!
Own It- Mariah
This person has been around RedTag for a long time. She’s always available. Always accountable. Sometimes to the extreme. I’ve literally watched her sit with people and watch the work get done, not because she has to, but because she refuses to let things slip. She wants things to happen and owns it.
That person is Mariah Mattingly.
She was our very first project manager. I’ve watched her lead more projects than I can count, and one thing has always been true. She owns outcomes. Fully.
Dawn said it best. “I don’t think there’s a person in the building who cares more about getting the work done the right way.”
Lesley talked about how Mariah “consistently leads projects with purpose and accountability,” and that she never deflects responsibility, even when things get hard.
Brad called out how Mariah takes ownership not just of her role, but of the success of the entire team around her.
She sets the standard for what ownership actually looks like.
Congrats Mariah!
Win As One- Ashley
I haven’t had the pleasure of working closely with this person on many projects, but I hear about her constantly. And it’s always the same thing. She shows up. She helps. She makes things easier for everyone around her.
She was our favorite intern ever. That says a lot. And now she plays a key role on the accounts team for a reason.
That person is Ashley Williams.
Alison wrote that Ashley “consistently puts the team first and never hesitates to jump in when help is needed.”
Dawn shared that Ashley is “always willing to step outside her lane to support others,” and that she does it without seeking attention or credit.
Katie talked about Ashley’s growth, saying she’s amazed by how much she’s taken on and how naturally she collaborates with others.
She embodies what it means to win together. Quietly. Consistently. Every day.
Congrats Ashley!
Discover Boldly- Julia
I’ve had the chance to work very closely with this person, and I can say this without hesitation. RedTag’s internal marketing is on another level because of her leadership. She didn’t just maintain it. She elevated it.
She’s curious. She experiments. She pushes us to be better. She’s helped keep things aligned at the leadership level, which has had a real impact on how smoothly work moves across the agency.
That person is Julia Duggins.
Aaron said Julia is “always willing to jump in, no matter how big or small the ask,” and that she brings energy and creativity to everything she touches.
Emily wrote that Julia “never hesitates to take on something new,” and that she leads with confidence even when there’s ambiguity.
Lesley pointed out how Julia challenges the status quo and isn’t afraid to try something different if it means improving the work.
She has transformed how we show up as a brand internally and externally.
Congrats Julia!
