GhostTunes & GarthBrooks.com

Along with Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and Sony Music Entertainment, RedTag launched Garth's online music distribution platform, GhostTunes, with a full-funnel digital strategy.

+1M users

RedTag grew the platform to over 1 million users before it was acquired by Amazon Music.

Friends in Low Places

RedTag was retained by GhostTunes/ Garth Brooks to launch Garth's own music distribution platform in conjunction with Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and Sony Music Entertainment. GhostTunes was an "artist-first" platform that varied from other online music stores by allowing individual record labels to choose their selling format and pricing with an emphasis on fair and proper royalty payments. Through sophisticated digital and social campaigns, we successfully built the brand and drove over 1,000,000 users to the platform before GhostTunes eventually rolled up into Amazon Music. Fun Fact: Amazon is still the exclusive retailer for Garth's collection. He has NEVER sold an album on iTunes. I guess you could say he has plenty of friends in low places.
