Transforming Complex Products into Clear Digital Storytelling for Evergrate

Evergrate engineers drainage systems for sidewalks and streetscapes. While their products solve an essential infrastructure challenge, their previous website didn’t clearly tell that story. Confusing product organization and a lack of clear use cases struggled to communicate the value of Evergrate products. They needed a new site that more cleanly and clearly highlighted the value of their drainage systems.

A Structure Built on Audience Insights

Through discovery meetings and market research, RedTag immersed themselves in Evergrate’s world. We quickly learned that to reach the company’s core audience of landscape architects, our approach needed to balance technical information with aesthetics. This shaped the foundations of the site structure and the visual direction.

Designing a Clear User Pathway

The new website was built to make Evergrate’s solutions easy to find and understand. By restructuring the information architecture, the team simplified how products and specifications were organized. A dedicated use case section was added, giving architects real-world context to see how Evergrate’s systems worked. Visually, the design blended the technical with the natural. Industrial typography and subtle engineering drawings in the background underscored the brand’s engineering expertise, while a fresh color palette and photography reflected the greenspaces where Evergrate products come to life.

Results that meet every objective

The new website delivered on Evergrate’s goals: a clean, professional platform that makes products and specifications easy to access, while clearly showcasing their value in practice.
