ShopCaterpillar, the official e-commerce home of Caterpillar workwear, approached us with a clear mission to modernize their digital presence. They needed to drive conversions and unify the brand with their other platforms. While the Caterpillar name had a strong, established legacy, the online shopping experience needed a more refined experience and a robust backend.

With a full Shopify integration across Meta platforms and social storefronts, the brand now offers a seamless experience to meet customers wherever they browse or buy. 

Our team deployed advanced digital ad campaigns, constantly refining creative and audience targeting to maintain a 5x to 10x return on ad spend. Backend system improvements made it easier to manage inventory and orders while also enabling automated marketing flows for sustained engagement.
